I've been pretty sad and depressed lately, Because i don't have anyone to work with in school, nobody to speak to anywhere, nobody to help me when i need it. I have no friends in my real life. That's why im posting this on off topic, Im just hoping to god, that someone could tell me what to do. I am sad and depressed over the fact that i am always alone, which makes me stressed. Because i don't know if there is anything wrong with me. Please respond if you know what i should do, i just don't really feel like living if school and my computer is my only purpose in life.

If you are being bullied, reporting it is a good thing, talk to your family/parents it helps allot (trust me). Moving school might also be a good idea, a fresh start is a gift.

Talk to people, just drifting away from people isn't going to help. That's really the only thing. Go speak to a counselor or sit down with your parents and maybe even more schools like Dauntless said.

Go start playing a sport or join an organisation that focuses on things that you like, perhaps you'll meet people that is as interested as you are in a certain subject and vioala - you will most likely become friends with em'. Don't sit infront of your computer and think it'll solve, go out and deal with it. Playing or making "online" friends won't really help with your real situation. Talk to your parents and maybe a threrapist.

Try to find a hobby or which you can share with more people. Do a team sport for guaranteed contact.

I felt the exact same in my last year in school. I spoke to a teacher, he got me into going to the gym. I was never a sporty person at school but this really helped. I met and became good friends with some new people, these people have became extremely good friends. Although I've been unable to attend the gym for the past few months due to ill health it is one of the main things which contributed to getting me over that wall you are infront of.

Couple of years on and I'm training to join ether the military or the police force.

What I do recommend is do not sit in silence it's the worst thing to do. Speak to your family or local GP for help and advice. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Pick up a martial arts. May I recomend Karate. Seeing as it's my specialty. But yeah, you don't have to be fit in any way shape or form. It will probably cost you to start attending classes. However the thing about martial arts is it works absolute wonders. It will help you socialise with new people. It gets you fitter and healthier. It boosts your self confidence a little bit knowing you are learning a skill. It helps you learn skills you can put to practical use. Defending yourself etc.

But yeah. I've suffered from depression. I know what it's like man. Don't worry about it, it's something everyone goes through and you learn new ways of coping.

A few years ago I left the community because I felt the same way. I didn't care about anything or anyone, just wanted to be gone. I told my parents that I didn't care about myself anymore and felt my live was a waste, why continue with it. Needless to say, my mom was absolutely crushed. I knew she cared about me more than anything else.

I figured why not go on for her, if nothing else. I tried to make the best of what I had. I grew up in a tiny house that was about 70 years old. Wasn't taken care of, was a dump. I woke up with mice running across my chest, bugs crawling on me, ect... I didn't have much. School was a daily routine of wake up, go to sleep, change classes, fail everything.... It was bad. Senior year came, I wanted to graduate with my class... I did about 3 years of high school in that year. I graduated with all As....

Look, point is, your life is how you make it. I felt the same as you, didn't care anymore. If you're lonely, just simply say hi to some random kid. Who knows, may even you'll make his/her day too.

Try a youth club maybe, not sure if you have them over there, but that sounds like it could help you.

For me, sleep and relaxation worked. Always think about your end goal. Think about where you want to be and how are going to get there. If you ever need a friend to talk to, I'm here. And I know from experience how depression can hit hard. Though easy to say, try not to let it affect you in academia. The worst thing you can do is allow yourself time off. I ruined my Spanish GCSE because of stress and depression, don't let yourself ruin your exams and learning.

To add, there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone is perfect as they are. You don't need to change for anyone, they should change for you. If people can't accept you how you are now, they don't deserve to know you.

As wood said also, report it. Any half decent school will get to the bottom of your issue and have you smiling ear to ear by next week!

I really hope things brighten up for you, and I'm always here for you.

TL;DR: Talk to someone and be yourself + some mush stuff.
