Summary: Dr Hibbert and myself were RPing as corleones, starting a gang war with the Gavella Cartel in the villas. Obay came in, blaring dubstep, so we came out with guns and such telling him to leave, but did not inform him that the Gavella Cartel was coming, because why would you digress such information to a normal citizen? Anyway, he was saying he couldn't hear us, so we told him to turn off his music, but he didn't. He only left when I told him he would die if he didn't. Shortly after Raptor came, accusing us that we couldn't tell him to leave because we didn't own every door. Anyway, after all that blew over, Obay instigated a pm thread, starting with this:

This is him saying that he doesn't deserve to be told the rules by me, because he doesn't know me and he is well liked on the server. It's very insulting, antagonising and patronising to say such things to try and ruin my confidence by saying that people who are well liked on the server don't know/like me and to imply that he deserves more respect and should be not told the rules just because he has lots of friends. It's also very clear that Raptor and Rickets are very good friends with Obay, considering the fact that Obay, Raptor and Rickets are constantly in the FL teamspeak together. 


Evidence: I know it's not evidence enough to just say "check logs," however, the logs is where it happened. I'm aware that I was banned for 7 days for player/admin disrespect, so I feel Obay should be banned for 3.5 days for player disrespect. General Rickets did actually leave some main parts of the PM thread out, such as the bit where he said "nobody likes a know it all," which again, is player disrespect, saying that nobody likes me.

This was Dealt with by a moderating Staff member and was concluded that actually i didn't break the rules. Now you're pulling a admin is bias card - Let me tell you that Raptor is everything but bias and if he had actually thought i was breaking the rules, he would most definitely ban me, not because he wanted to - but simply he had to.
I don't see any evidence of me breaking any rules either.

Your overview of the situation is vague, exaggerated and twisted in attempt to push the odds into your favor. The logs prove it all and i did not insult you.

You were requested to make this report with hard proof to give evidence on your behalf and you've failed to provide that as your quotes aren't even direct.

You are wrong, because that is a direct quote. You literally said that to me, but General Rickets left it out in the UBR. You insulting me was not dealt with by a moderating staff member. It's not vague, it's not exaggerated or twisted. I said what happened, and the logs will actually prove it all. You quite clearly did insult me, and this is an exact example of how the situation changing creates changes in how you perceive something. My quotes are very accurate, however the only difference may be "No one" rather than "No body." 

I don't see why you are posting a player report, I've already dealt with this situation when you made an @ call about it on the server.

 


I was advised to by an admin. I did not make an @ call, Dr Hibbert was the one who did, I was happy to let the situation go and carry on with the Gavella Cartel. And no, you did not deal with the situation of which I am speaking right now, I'm talking about Obay insulting and disrespecting me.

To be honest, i just feel as though you are scraping the bowl for evidence to get me banned just because you are. I cant really find words for this.

The thing is i didn't insult you.
If the argument we had effected you so much then i will apologize regardless.  I'm not in the server to hurt peoples feeling what so ever.
But the fact that you then went and said to me that 'No one likes a rule breaker', to be honest didn't really bother me.  But on that note you cannot play the victim when you then said such words back to me.  So you're reporting me for something that also you did. it's hypocritical.
