Title of Bug: Still wanted after unwarrant



Description: So sometimes someone's car is wanted. Later they pay the impound fee and I try to unwarrant them but it says "this person has no warrant". So they still have a search warrant on their car which is annoying.

Yes, this is a bug, however it is easily fix-able!
Whenever your car says ''The owner of this car is warranted!'', Park it in the garage and re-use the car.
It will no longer display the message.
