I know you can't remove a ban based on someone swearing that they didn't do something but I still think someone downstairs pressed it. Are there any action logs that show the buttons pushed (ingame or on keyboard)?

Regardless of wether you pressed the button or not you walked out of the lift then went back in. Why did you do this? You had well over enough time to comply to our orders yet you walked back into the lift which was called.
