These wildcards get your:

Steam Name - %msname OR %mn
Player ID - %mid OR %m
Clan / Organisation - %mc OR %mo

Characters Name - %mname
Characters Description - %md
Current Jobname - %mj
Current Location - %l

Police Rank - %rank [Need to be in the police job]
Last Scanned License Plate - %sp

These wildcards get your target's (the player you are looking at):

Steam Name - %tsname OR %tn
Player ID - %tid OR %t
Clan / Organisation - %tc OR %tmo

Characters Name - %tname OR %rpname
Characters Description - %td

Police Rank - %trank [Need to be in the police job]

Examples:

The command "/me greets %rpname and shakes their hand."
Outputs: [YOUR NAME] greets Brian Murlock and shakes their hand.
(While looking at a player named Brian Murlock)

In console: bind [INSERT KEY] "say /radio I am in pursuit with a vehicle with license plate %sp"
Can be used to radio in the license plate of the last vehicle you scanned with a radar gun
