Title of Bug: Losing Gear As Pd officer


Description: Well when there was a dictator I was a hostage for people who were against the president and when he changed they let me go but, when if was untied my tazer, etc were lost

Spawn a police car, and jump in the drivers seat.
This gives you all your items back.
