Models?

I can't see some of the models so I'm walking into random things and it doesn't help.
Some of the shops in Nexus are missing models, the Slums I can't see that big thing behind the house at the end of the road.
I'm missing some trees and in the car dealer place (Upstairs) I can't see the stuff up there.

I dunno why but I'm missing some models?
Is there any way I can solve this, since I re-downloaded the content pack over and over again.

Ahhh I sometimes get the same thing. Its rather complicated to Fix, give me a couple of days, I should have found a solution by then.
