Why we should unban you: 



I got banned for basing in the main street (bank of America) But I wasn't basing at all... I had the /job Casino owner, and had 13 weed pots behind the wooden door. I was still doing my /job and was earning extra cash. As I remember that you are actually allowed to contra in the main street as long as you still do your Job. Such as BMD having a shop with a secret floor. (I believe venom did approve this dupe where I had 3 floors and Third floor was for contra) I believe this ban is Unfair as I was still doing my job and weed doesn't really equal contra) I also had an RP reason sort of I pmed the president 2 of them AdamH and another president after him that I asked for a license for weed because I have a medical condition that I'd go crazy without a ton of weed.  I believe venom placed this ban on me for copying his casino at that time and was getting pissed off on me. And went to his shop saying Its rigged and to come to my casino etc... But It's also possible this was just a total misunderstanding(?)

I was banned for having the stuff below. The pots were behind the wooden door, As you can clearly see I was not basing at all? I have 0 protection to get to the pots. I only have used the props for my Casino. I did not have any CONTRA! Venom did not even bother to speak to me about it.

I spoke to you about them, that's how I found them. Upon me finding them, you took all the weed away and took down your building like you didn't want me to see them. And it states in the rules that basing in the mainstreet like that isn't allowed. Whether it be contraband or weed, it would still be against the rules to be honest.

EDIT: On the video I can see you did say "Its not allowed to do" when I said those are my pots. Then I asked why you said "Because you are basing in the mainstreet with them." I responded with "Hows this basing?" Then you just kept saying You're basing. Then after I took my weed you banned me.

You didn't find them like that? I was deleted my casino and instantly went outside. After I came back I saw a ton of people at the bank. Saw my pots, took my weed and left and you banned me. What do you even mean with not wanting you to see them? I mean you were not even there when I deleted it. Like I said I went instantly outside when I deleted my casino and you were not even inside the Bank that time. When I returned I saw you with like 5 people... You were not even inside my place when I took down my casino. And some staff I believe you did a long time ago approved my dupe that had 3 floors (In 1 of the shops across BP) Where the third floor was basically a secret elevator (Had a keypad) that leads to the third floor and people wouldn't really notice it easily that it had a third floor where I would contra as a BMD/Gundealer but still sell my stuff and not let the contraband go first.

I don't want a misunderstood ban on my record. I have done nothing wrong honestly, I was doing my job and earning some money on the side (Also had an RP reason for the pots) The pots are not ruinings anybody experience and it's not really breaking the rules as Weed shop RP would be allowed in the main street?

Well 2 Veterans aren't current staff are they? It's not allowed to do contraband and anything of the sort on the mainstreet. Also, not sure what dupe you're on about because I've never seen it.

So you're telling me all the people I saw do passive weed shop Roleplay should get banned for "Basing in main street"? I had an RP reason for my POTS. And I was still doing my job. And you still haven't explained how I am basing?

In rules it also states

You must roleplay your job, for example, when you are a chef, don't go around raiding.) Which I was doing and My ingame character had a medical problem and needed weed. + I sold the extra weed for extra cash I can use at my casino. This is a Ingame reason and RP. Also, I believe I did see that rule once in the rules, but I can't seem to find it anymore in the rules? And you are allowed to Contra as long as you do your job, this was confirmed with I believe Georgetheboy, freezak, Spartanjunior, Sir crow, mikeythefox + 2 veterans and a experienced player. When they were/are staffs. This was just a misunderstanding... And I really would be happy if this ban could get removed from my record. I do not see how farming pots is a banable offense in the main street as Weed shops are allowed. Maybe next time I see you on, I'l show you the dupe.

Veterans may not be staffs no, but they sure as hell know the rules...

EDIT: All I can find in the rules is that the Main Street is reserved for RP which I was doing... Again I was not basing at all you can clearly see it in the picture... Or somebody has to refresh my mind about what basing is...

Though you may think it's passive, it can easily turn aggressive as it can be illegal and cause raids. You may grow weed, but not in the main street. This isn't about your job, it's about basing in the main street.

If you knew I may thought that the least you could've told me is that doing weed in main street is not allowed... And Like I said a admin approved my dupe that had 3 floors... Does that mean I can post a BRQ on everybody doing Weed RP in the main street? Obviously I won't because I'm not such a jerk. And again, you are allowed to contra AS LONG AS YOU do your job,but I was doing pots which is different. As weed was sort of legal so it wasn't promoting aggresive RP. And how'd you expect them to see it? Come troo the magical wall? And You say It's not my job and I replied a ton of times.... I HAD A RP REASON FOR MY WEED.

I don't know what you mean by Weed RP. And yes, you are allowed contra when you do your job. But, not in the main street. You state that weed was "sort of legal." What does that mean? You don't know if it was legal or not anyways.

And you are allowed to contra in main street I'm quite sure about it. But not as rebel, Corleone, taxi driver, etc... Only like jobs that require a shop. And you are still avoiding my question on how this exactly is "Basing in the main street" I've liked asked it 3-4 times. Why would farming weed in the main street would be a banable offense as people use the weed to start a shop that sells weed etc... and with weed RP I mean Like they got 5 or more pots in public with like a light prop etc on it, selling weed. And I'm going to explain my RP reason again "My Ingame character needed a lot of weed else he would go crazy, medical condition, I had a license too!" Like I said I think this situation was misunderstood.

I really don't mind the hours or being banned, I just don't really feel like this was a fair ban.

Anybody at all please explain what basing exactly is? I thought it was just building with props to protect your stuff?
