Yes, but you've taken it about 20 steps further. It's practically copied and pasted from Unit 211 - The members are basically exactly the same, in their same hierarchy. The descriptions shows the clan is about the exact same thing.

You're just looking for a way to come back and bypass the clan war system. You lost in a war, you can't just remake your clan right after with a different name while 'pretending' to be a different clan despite having the exact same members, same description and aims and will, to be honest, be doing the exact same thing.

What I'm saying is that this clan shouldn't even exist.. You're just trying, again, to find ways to bypass the clan system.

You guys were finished. Just because a week or two have passed it doesn't mean you have the right to start right up again with the same members.

How you cheated the clan system:

OPENING A CLAN:

*Atleast 3 members required to register as an official clan.
*Clan thread must have some describing text to it.
*Restarting clans that have been shut down can only be done with decent background RP and FL staff approval.

Changed your name but the same members plus Oligarchy Syndicate, so you could therefore bypass that rule.
