Description:
Talon Order is a close niche group of players who's wealth and power is used in many effective ways, whether it be selling and buying goods or organize in illegal activities. We have been a clan, which has been together that goes back through the years. We have been through many hardships where members were lost, and also times of greatness where we were growing exponentially. There are many reasons why we call ourselves the Talon Order. Talon is often referred to the claw that catches the prey, and what the means for us is exactly that. The Order is our government and our members who will take out the prey. Talon Order is an open democracy as all members contribute equally to the group and everyone gets a say in any situation.

Our Government:

Talon Order has one leader who overlooks the clan. Each member has a specific role they must fill, that works with the leader.

Entry:

Currently we are not accepting any new members, but if we feel someone would fit well with the Talon Order than we may take them in as an initiate.

The Talon Order Ranks:

Praetorian – The leader of the Talon Order who leads raids, oversees the group, and protects it at all costs.

Trarius – A speaker of the Talon Order, who discusses diplmoatic relations and may speak for the Praetorian if he is not available.

Centurion – An elite specialist who does personal tasks for the Praetorian. Mostly covert operations.

Principus – A member with the ability to participate in raids, and searches. Also, helps protect investments.

Initiate- A person who has been evauluated by the Order for some time and was deemed worthy of entry into Talon Order. They will be on a trial period of Thirty Days untill they are fulled accepted into the clan and known as a Principus.

Please note:Our Rules follow basic guidelines as well as the server rules and clan rules.

Our Main Rules:
Always follow the rules of the server. Being a Talon Order member doesn't allow you to break the server laws. You must follow you current role in Talon Order and do the tasks your rank requires. Do not steal from another member as this will terminate you from the group. Do not randomly start a war without the Praetorian's approval, unless it is absolutely necessary. Else, this will result in a demotion.

Base Setup:
Always setup a base with as many members as possible unless limited by the amount of members online. Do not create a "doomfort" or a base that is not accessible.

Radio:
We are always on a radio frequency that everyone should use when you're a member of the Talon Order.

This should be against the rules. Starting exactly the same clan with identical members 2 weeks after it is closed from a war is a bit unfair.
Even more so considering these guys are most likely gonna' start another pointless war that lasts a month..

Agreed Storm.. You even copied and pasted 99% of the description from Unit 211s page.. Pretty much exactly the same members in the same hierarchy too..

Even Yakuza didn't try to pull this..

I changed that description right before our clan was disbanded so why does that matter. And we waited 2 weeks, I think that plenty of time storm...Come on man. Were not going to start any pointless wars, we just wanted to be in a clan together. Oh and I was even working on a website for us...

I don't think its allowed after both of those clans got closed in the war.

Yes but you were defeated - Part of the rules of defeat is that if you lose the other clan can disband you. It voids the entire clan war system if you, as a solitary clan, decide to ignore it and come back again with the same description, same members, basically exactly the same clan with a slightly photoshopped logo.

No other clans have pulled this kind of thing for a reason. I don't see why you can't realize it.

The reason we have the same members is because were friends...And that logo is completely different, and the description is as well. But if you want me to completely re-write it I will. Half the other clans just copy+paste theirs from a website anyways. And we were disbanded 2 weeks ago, we waited.
