Understanding of Half-Life 2 and its lore (explain why and how you know): I do not have a substantial amount of knowledge about HL(2), although I do know how the story-line goes after reading multiple articles/reviews and watched multiple video series.
What job are you applying for? Civil Protection Unit
Why are you applying for this job? I beleive this will suit my style of RP. Considering it is the more 'civilized' force, which I enjoy from a RP. It has everything I could possibly look for in a RO character, action, but consequences if played wrongly.
What experience do you have with this RP style? I do like playing a role with authority. Meaning how you can order people if they do not do well, or congratulate people who do. It is easy to adapt to, but I believe I will suit this role better than other roles.
Why do you want to join this event? This is a one of a kind event, It's unique & interesting everything I look for in an roleplay event.
Why should you be accepted? I offer RP, for the sake of RP. Im not interested in RPP, or any reward. I can play this role effectively, with full awareness of what I have to do.

Richard had a good upbringing, he had everything a child could want. He was doing well in school, he had a good life. When he was 17, a war broke out, against the Combine, as they called themselves. The government enrolled all 'potential' soldiers, and off he was shipped.
Then the shit hit the fan.
A combine attack happened on Fort David, Richard's training camp. As he ran, he got ordered by the officers to get to the armory (the safe-haven of the camp). As he ran, he saw multiple of his dear friends get shot down by combine soldiers, marching perfectly in rhythm, rifles held high. As he jumped through the armory door, a bullet from a combine chopper came through the air, hitting Richard in the shoulder.
That's all he could remember, until he woke up in Evo-City hospital. Doctors surrounding him, prodding him with all matter of medical tools. After he was medically discharged, he took a walk around EvoCity. He walked past the nexus, and saw a group of men, dressed in masks, with USPs and Batons strapped to their belts. Intrigued, Richard went in to find more. Turns out they were known as the 'Civil Protection Unit' tasked with protecting this city.
Richard slept on the streets, for multiple days, as he was new in EvoCity, he had no place to stay. Knew nobody. Until he found a source of money.
Drugs.
He started buying all of the drugs he could, placing them in his small slums apartments. He would farm them all day, and all night. Until he would go to Zakyria the next day and sell his load. This carried on for a few months. Until his door was busted down, and in came the Civil protection unit. He got beat to the floor with the baton. Before being escorted to jail.
He had a sentence of 5 years. Throughout this jail-time he vowed to do better with his life.
The 5 years went in a flash. He left jail, and enrolled in medical school, to become a doctor in biomedical science. He studied as hard as he could, it was all worth it. He was well known in the City, well respected for being smart/intelligent.
After a few years working at the hospital, things spiralled downhill. The combine started getting stricter, and more aware of what was happening around the city. A few short months later, the city crumbled.
This is when he decided to join the Civil Protection Unit, for his safety. They had better lifestyles, and they didn't have to starve.
After the training, he was a fully fledged CPU. Armed with a USP, a baton strapped to his belt and a mask covering his face, so nobody could know who it really is behind that mask.

He suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and is taking medication for it.
Why do you want this job? (Only for non-citizen characters) I want this job, so I do not have to search for food in a crumbling city. I want a better life, not to be treated like rats.
What makes you fit for this job (ditto)? After having experience against the combine, I know how they work. How they act, I believe I would fit the job perfectly.

I used to play Clockwork servers religiously, having about an approximate 500 hrs playtime. I have been an Moderator then Administrator on the late Viridian Roleplay, Head Of Staff on the late Pidge Roleplay, Head Of Staff on Luminosity Roleplay (Ongoing I think.) On these servers, I've played every role/faction save vortigaunt for a large number of hours and even custom roles implemented due to a server's custom canon. Rest assured, I can roleplay in this universe. What job are you applying for? Citizen. Why are you applying for this job? I want to see how it'll work, but mainly, to interact with as much detail, depth and development as I did while roleplaying on actual Clockwork servers. As a citizen, I want to experience the amazing FearRP and engage in actual conversations which, unfortunately, are rare on the normal server. What experience do you have with this RP style? As stated before, I was staff on three Clockwork servers and often had to encourage a ratio re-shuffle. IC Information Name: Adam 'Red Hand' Hughes Age: 35 Ethnicity: European History/Backstory of your character: Born in 1992 in a small house in the UK. His father had left him and his mother later got killed by a drunk driver while she was on her way home from a friends house. At a young age Adam wanted to join the Police to stop anymore people being killed in road traffic collisions but the event with his mother made him want it more, he wanted to get people who thought they where above the law, he wanted to stop death on roads. Adam got this job at the age of 21 and arrested over 200 people for drink driving in the 10 years he was in the force. At the age of 31 Adam decided it would be good to leave his job, that is what he did. Adam is now living in an apartment with no family and is enjoying himself.
