Vehicle rules 12. Don't steal someones car when it's getting unlocked.
There is the rule but It wasnt getting unlocked it was unlocked and unattended.
Also I was insulting in character in private message not in occ

It was unlocked and unattended. It is a normal occurrence for theft and he was not trying to enter it so i didnt just rush in and take it. Basically it was his negligence.

My "negligence"? I wanted to setup my Café quickly. Whilst doing this, I was on quite low frames and simply forgot to lock it. An error on my part, which I understand. But, You wouldn't have known it was unlocked without looking at the bit underneath which says Unlocked/Locked. It sounds a bit like metagaming, but I'll have to have an admin confirm. You wouldn't see a car in the street that was unattended and it wouldn't say UNLOCKED flashing above the vehicle.

In real life when a car is unlocked it is visible by looking at the locks which are raised I assume that the unlocked line represents that fact. Also implying I was metagaming is rubbish leave a ferrari unlocked in any city and see how long it stays there. It was an error on your part thats true.
