Expanding reasons and evidence of this player's rule breakage by posting this video of him randomly tazing and asking for 2000$ for "Illegally Park Cars" which have just been spawned by car onwers. Also randomly tazing me when heard a car getting stolen somewhere else. At the start of the video you could see him shooting my car for the reason of "Illegally Park Car" which I've just spawned, he shoot me before even finishing explaining why I need to get out of my car and demanding 2000$ if it was me I'd say this guy is farming money from players. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7tpyb_et...e=youtu.be
