Title of Suggestion: Disabling certain Console Acts while in a vehicle

Description:
Removing access to certain act commands Via console while sat in your car, such are ‘Act Dance’, ‘Act Salute’ and all of the act movements that requires the player to stand up and pop through the roof of car.
Only allow acts which require the movement of ONLY your hands, such as: 'Act Forward', 'Act Becon' and so on.
Why:
Exceeds the aspect of realism within the server.
