To go along with Auston's thread, I made this to see what movies FL members like. As per usual, no trolling videos, let's try to keep this serious.
To start it off I will list my top five movies below!
Feel free to share any information along with the movies, like I did.
.
#1 The Godfather, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
Why? The Mafia, that's why, this was a great movie, as it showed what the Italian Mafia was all about from their perspective.
#2 The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, directed by Sergio Leone.
Oh lord, this was such a great movie. Anything with Clint Eastwood is good. Also, the music is wonderful, a perfect example would be "Ecstasy of Gold" by Ennio Morricone.
#3 The Shawshank Redemption, directed by Frank Darabont.
I cried at the end, that is all.
#4 Schindler's List, directed by Steven Spielberg.
This movie was very realistic, and it was based on a true story, which definitely gave it a whole new feel.
#5 Lone Survivor, directed by Peter Berg.
This was a great movie, almost everything about it was realistic. I definitely liked the fact that it was based on a true story also adds a whole new element to the plot line.
Bonus Movie! Apocolypto, directed by Mel Gibson.
I don't know why, but I found this movie very intriguing.
