Witnessed this and was killed by a prop of his causing a loss of weapons and kevlar. Also to add that he was demoted from police and fireman for rdm shortly before this happened.

Okay, I have a 10 seconds clip of him doing it, it will take me awhile to sort out all the other recordings.
I don't know why the quality is that bad, it's not supposed to be, but anyhow you can clearly see his name and what he's doing. (That survive though)
