Why we should unban you: (They where rebels and rebels where banned so i tased him and the citizen who called link said he did nothing he was standing on the bodies of the rebels; i had no time to think about the reason so i said it was a joke)

Something tells me you are just making this up, as you failed to provide a valid excuse to me on the spot. You had no reason to taze the citizen, and why did you change job to rebel half way through the arrest?

Closing notes:
As Link said its pretty weird you failed to give a reason other than "its a joke", you claimed you "had no time to think about a reason".
How can't you have time? Especially when you probably realised you were on the edge of getting banned if a moderator asks you this.
Not to forget you tazed the citizen as he was jumping on the tazed rebel, I'm pretty sure thats backseat adminning (General Rule #11)
