Ban Request Evilhound (Steam ID: 76561198060887526)

Reason: Killing and Stunning Civilians for no reason and combat log out.

(Sorry i dont have picture of this because all happened so fast and he disconnected.
And i wasnt there when he stunned civilians i just readed the chat and people were complaining about him)
