So here's my idea.

* Remove the "You have a ____ warrant which expires in ___ minutes" text from warranted people.
* Remove "Search Warrant" from people's heads and make it appear on their doors instead.
* Reduce the distance at which "Arrest Warrant" appears, so cops can't spot crooks from miles away.
* Add a "Bring in for questioning" option, for proper police RP with suspects and stuff.
* Let everyone see arrest and questioning warrants, since IRL people would see criminals on TV, recognize them and call the cops.

Nothing new, I know. But I'm just sick of the current warrants system getting abused and I think it finally needs to get worked on.
