Information: IKUS is a terrorist organisation that appears during the time where there are dictators. We do everything in our power to take down the dictator, and then we vanish without a trace. We plan our attacks before hand, and use tactics to ensure the most efficient and effective victory. Our main goal is to take down abusive governments and free the citizens of the Tyrants. In 1939, an American man named John Lincoln lived in Nazi Germany. He saw the atrocities that Hitler had done and he managed to escape Germany and flee to Greenland during the outbreak of World War 2. After living there for two years, he decided that he had to make a difference and help the Allies win the war. He then formed IKUS. They worked towards the goal of sparking resistance movements across Europe to overthrow Hitler. After successfully doing this, leading to Hitler's downfall in 1944, IKUS then set its sights on the other dictators around the world. IKUS has a high budget from conducting illegal activities, resulting in the access to the best equipment and technology available globally. After defeating many dictators, such as Benito Mussolini in 1945, Rafael Trujillo in 1961,Anastasio Somoza Debayle in 1980, Samuel Doe in 1990, Laurent-Desire Kabila in 2001, and Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, John Lincoln gave his position to his 23 year-old son, Abraham Lincoln, due to his old age. IKUS continues to find and take down dictators globally. In the year 2014, IKUS had noticed the amount of dictators that Evocity has had in a short period of time. They have decided to set up a base of operations in Evocity to monitor the situation and to act out against the government in the event of a dictatorship. IKUS may convince the citizens to revolt and overthrow the government, assassinate the president, or they may personally raid the government and execute the dictator, and they are known to film this execution proccess to send a message to the world.
Ranks descriptions and divisions
Vice-General: This is the second in command for the clan. He has the power to do everything apart from starting a clan war or removing Advisors and above from IKUS without the General Aladeen's permission.
Advisor: The Advisor rank is given to players who are trusted by the organisation and they are allowed to plan raids and attacks on behalf of IKUS. They do not have the authority to remove anyone(IKUS Member and Associates) from IKUS without prior permission from the General Aladeen or the Vice-General. They may promote IKUS Associates when they see it fit to do so.
IKUS Combat Specialist: IKUS Combat Specialists are the elite force of IKUS, experienced and highly trained. They are extremely skilled and are sent in for high priority missions. They may also be used to guard IKUS Research facilities in order to ensure the safety of the research. They are the best of the Combat Division.
IKUS Instructor: IKUS Instructors are the people who train the IKUS Members and Associates on things such as raiding tactics, commands, how to shoot, and keeps them in shape and primed for combat.
IKUS Member: IKUS Members are allowed to be hired as guards for democratic governments in order to earn money for IKUS. They people who are promoted from IKUS associates due how active they are and their contribution to the clan. They are allowed to give orders(Reasonable ones) to IKUS associates.
IKUS Associate: The rank that is given to all new members of IKUS. They are allowed to be hired as guards for democratic governments to earn money for IKUS. They are to follow orders of all of the higher ranks to ensure victory. They have no special privileges. They may be promoted by being constantly active and their amount of contribution to the clan.
IKUS Financial Advisor: IKUS Financial Advisors are in charge of all illegal financial operations, including planning raids against people who have contraband and local drug cartels. They are allowed to call in IKUS Members, Associates, and all financial members to in raid.
IKUS Arms distributor: IKUS Arms distributors sell weapons and equipment such as guns and ammunition to earn money for the organisation. They may take part in raids(As custom citizen jobs) when ordered by Financial Advisors or higher ranking members. They are allowed to give orders to IKUS Associates.
IKUS Narcotics distributor: IKUS Narcotic distributors are responsible for selling drugs to citizens in order to earn money for the organisation. They get are able to grow and obtain their own drugs for sale. They may take part in raids(As custom citizen jobs) when ordered by Financial Advisors or higher ranking members. They are allowed to give orders to IKUS Associates.
IKUS Counterfeit producer: IKUS Counterfeit producers print counterfeit money in order to earn money for the organisation. This is the organisation's main source of income. They may take part in raids(As custom citizen jobs) when ordered by Financial Advisors or higher ranking members. They are allowed to give orders to IKUS Associates.
Head Researcher: This position has the same authority as the Advisor. However, they cannot plan for raids and actively participate in anti-Dictator missions. This position can only be attained by showing reliability in the clan and remarkable Role-Playing skills (building ability will also be placed under consideration). The position of Lab Researcher is a requirement for a promotion to this rank.
Lab Researcher: This position has the same authority as the Intructor. However, they cannot plan for raids and actively participate in anti-Dictator missions. This position can be obtained by choosing to transfer into the Research Division from ranks higher than IKUS Members or being promoted into the division from the postion of IKUS Member (This is optional as members may want to remain in the Combat Division). Transferring requires you to have decent Role-Playing skills.
