Summary: Basically, I just joined the server, became SS, exited the garage and spawned my car. As i spawned and unlocked it, johannes[DK], who was a fireman at the time, got in, and drove away. After I chase him, I find him aiming for me and CDM'd me.
Evidence: All on my Steam profile, the first picture is a screenshot of him after he was off the road, second screenshot is a picture of the scoreboard, confirming that he is the only fireman, and the last one is after he CDM'd me.
