Title of Suggestion: President's messages are a different colour in radio
Description: When the president speaks in the radio chat, his/her messages are in a different colour as to get the attention of those on the police, SRU, fireman, and ambulance teams.
Why: Sometimes the President's messages can be lost in chat or those who see the messages don't know they are from the president. This can be a problem when the president is asking an officer about a certain warrant or when he wants something done from one of his employees.
