Summary: So i saw this guy having a checkpoint, my character doesnt like following the law so i wanted to break through the checkpoint, when my car got smashed by the frozen prop. I talked to the guy and told him 10 times, even quoted the rule twice, that he cant do that, everytime he was respoding with " President said i can ". I told him i will post BR on him, he said, go ahead, i dont break any rules, so here i am.
