Summary: I was being a BMD, and [PHX] MuTum[TW] randomly mugged me by the BP. I told him that he was randomly mugging me but he just exclaimed that it wasn't. I gave him the money he wanted and then asked on OOC if it was allowed to randomly mug. Everyone said no. I asked [PHX] MuTum[TW] for my money back, but he just ignored me and began saying pretty stupid stuff. He then said that someone on the server should get cancer.
