This happened on the second server.
This guy keeps throwing Molotovs at out base, shops in the city, and threatening cops that he is going to "Molotov them in the face" for no reason. He also broke NLR by constantly going back to our base after he died (kept trying to break into out base) and if we steal his car he disconnects and reconnects to get his car back, I would post proof but I can't ever get to him to take a pic of what he's doing, would have to check the logs.
