Why was he pushing his car? Seems as if it was stuck or something, the car worked fine atleast

unless you can get better evidence of more than a simple prop push of his car before getting in this will be denied
police cars are known to be buggy for getting in it say on a angle
and its not against the rules to prop push a stuck car, or in case of police car unable to get in
