Lights bug?

Screenie 1 [Steam]

Screenie 2 [Steam]

I have tried fooling with my video settings but haven't found a fix. Anybody know how to fix this? Being in the Corleone house makes me want to tear my eyes out because of how bright it is.

Haven't changed any hardware recently but have changed some of my nvidia control panel settings for CS:GO, but that shouldn't effect my gmod.

Have you tried messing with monitor settings?

You might want to check out your post process section of your menu it may also be that...

It looks more like saturation. Try changing some monitor settings.

Make sure you don't have these addons installed -

I had the same error once, and these addons caused it.

Neither of these are installed or have ever been installed. I have a addon that adds water ripples and realalistic splash effects, but that shouldn't break the lights. I have Ultra Effects Pack V3.5 installed though, just disabled it and will see if it works.

It happens even after I rejoin/restart garrys mod, so I am pretty sure this isn't the problem.

Using essentialy the same monitor settings when I didn't have this problem, only changed my black equalizer setting (allows you to see in dark places easily, BenQ exclusive feature I believe).

Only other thing I changed was my Digital Vibrance. Would that make much of a difference?
