Thread Title: Abusive president report

Summary: First of i applied an arrest warrant for a man clearly guilt and got the response, "back off (insert player name i forget) or you will be demoted" when he had no reason for this man not to be arrested he was caught red handed with multiple drug labs. secondly he then went on to make a piss poor attempt at an insult, "this sgt is as ugly as shrek" thirdly he attempted to prop kill me with a plant pot succeeding in doing 5 damage then say " what you going to do im the president then as i was leaving i was demoted and last but not least (sadly i wasn't on at the time my friend in formed me) he banned citizens from the city
