Hello there, I was working as a "Casino Staff Member" working inside the casino(Building), I can confirm that there was a high volume of citizens running into our un-finished casino RP, so we decided to make a fence/path to help prevent people walking into our RP, and this would speed up the building process so we could get to the RP faster.
Now I do believe the note the guard wrote went along the lines of "Whoever crosses the red line will be tranqed" or something along the lines of that, but I can confirm that we originally intended to scare people away from the un-finished casino RP so we could get it up and running fast and we were going to take down the note after we had our RP finished (As what I was told).
I am not to sure why you were killed as I was not outside the casino at that time but I did hear gun shots...
But what I am really confused at, is the fact that Mr. Snow and James :3 tried to explain to you why you were tranqed, but you wasn't letting them speak, instead you were shouting down the mic/abusing to me knowledge but was hard to hear as your mic quality was low probably due to the fact that you were shouting.
And for the props on the spawn, they were the fence/path I was talking about, we were unaware (At the time) that citizens spawn at that path, I generally thought they spawned in the middle and the left (Looking from the road to the building and right from looking from the path to the road).
I can also confirm that Mr.Snow did feel bad for Oztin after he found out he was not
"trespassing" I have the whole steam chat we had if you really want evidence, we are truly sorry for this whole situation, and In my opinion I do not think this is worth a ban but could easily understand a blacklist...

I just want to put this out there, Mr. Snow is not known to break the rules, in fact he was better at the rules than me when he had like 100 hours and when i was on 300 hours, this would truly be a shame to get banned for such a minor incident that he was only involved in for the tranqing part then left the whole RP because he felt bad of the whole situation... I hope this is the last comment and let the admins deiced on what next...
