Dupe Keypads

I can never seem to update the keypads on dupes that I spawn.

Right clicking to update makes no difference - the only thing I can do to get it to work is to spawn another new keypad and create a new fading door on the dupe.

There must be a way to get them to work without doing this?

Keypads were updated a while back to allow duping, the dupes you have were made before this, so just resave the dupes once you replace the keypads and they should save correctly.

Don't use AV-keypads. I find normal Keypads work fine but Advanced don't dupe over well.

I have never really seen the issue with this as it only takes a few clicks to get them working again. Try changing the type of keypad you used and if it doesn't work then I guess it is no big deal.
