Evidence: I apologise for the cluster of screenshots, I needed enough to prove he was chasing me around and generally griefing. He also switched his job to "Street Performer" once I informed him it was FailRP.

You could have either destroyed the radio he was carrying (/me attempts to destroy radio from the street performer) or contacted the police while IC.

I think he role played correctly personally.. and it looks like you were following him around from the screenshots. If he was following you, why did you not contact the police/go to the nexus?

Generally it wasn't just some mic-spam since i see he is carrying a radio around.

There was no police. This was early in the morning and the server was practically dead. I didn't pull a knife or /me destroy radio for 2 reasons.

- Pulling a knife would be aggressive roleplay without a valid reason.
- Using a /me without valid backup material is considered powergaming in my eyes. For example, /me grabs the M4 and disarms the rebel

I did not follow you whatsoever, you were running after me with your radio prop out and generally minging around trying to get a reaction out of me. You changed your job later into this when I said to stop or I will post a ban request.
