Summary: Dr. Fizz first came up to the nexus after being arrested for tresspassing, at the time he was cuffed and then was un-cuffed by the Head-SRU. After being un-cuffed he was responsible for killing an SRU (me) and then was killed after trying to shoot the president, this shows that the Head-SRU fail-rped here and un-cuffed a criminal that was previously convicted with no-reason to uncuff, that is another story... Dr. Fizz then became SRU a while later, he was stood in the SRU office and failed to holster his gun after waving it around in the president's office after being told by the Head-SRU. Dr. Fizz then began spraying his gun inside of the presidents office, and also shot the Head-SRU, after this he ran and ended up killing SRU in the presidents office as they attempted to stop him and shoot him down as a threat. As he was SRU I believe this shows a strong sense of FailRP.
