Summary: I drive past Miqqel and the gundealer he was teaming with on the farmland road; they had just crashed a (randomly) stolen police car. I stop: the gundealer and Miqqel pull out guns and want to steal my car. I was also a Corleone. I try to talk to them which was impossible due to lags, after which Miqqel's companion proceeded to RDM me.
TL;DR I am doing this request because Miqqel randomly steals cars, he tries to kill/rob teammates and because he is a prick in general (not just my opinion). Earlier this evening he also tried stealing my car which was parked on the side of the road.
