IF you have evidence you should provide it.

Also:
Quote:The following points are abuse
Using admin powers to RDM, i.e. godmoding and firing RPGs at people.
Using noclip or teleport to help some friends in a raid.
Demotes someone solely in order to claim the job.
Using noclip or teleport to avoid RP situations (unless admin situation).
Bypassing arrest mechanism (unless admin situation).
Unfairly refunding himself free items for no reason.
Abuse of admin powers against people, i.e. random !slay, !ignite
Using godmode/heal during a raid solely to give himself a fighting advantages
Teleporting his friends into an active raid in order to help out
Using admin tools and constructs for an unfair agressive advantage unless previously agreed upon by all parties involved for an RP situation.
Breaking rules himself solely because he is an admin
Messing around, for example killing other admins or using punishment commands for the fun of it, etc.

User has been warned for this post. Reason:
I'm involved with this generally; I've been playing and talking to Eisenhorn on TS3 practically whenever I see him online.

I would like to remind you not only of what Flame said, but also General Rule 7.
Quote: An admin request message (@ command) should contain useful information such as the reason you need help. Non-informative, aggressive or caps-locked messages will get you kicked.
Asking exactly what is highlighted above is liable for a kick, directly stated from the rules.

Asking for help further in OOC is also in breach of OOC and IC rule 6.
Quote: Do not have private conversations in the OOC, for that use the /pm command.

If you're complaining about him not PMing you, don't you think you should have PMed him?
I see zero abuse in this case whatsoever, the rules allot Eisenhorn legally to take the measures allowed to him. He did that.

-Not involved, warned.
