About Der Foster Industries
We, Der Foster Industries (A.K.A 'DFI') are a company that is specialized in weapon manufacturing, defense logistics, healthcare and chemical research.
We've been a company since 1949, four years after the second world war.
The man, William der Foster an ex-lieutenant-sergeant came up with the idea to start his own industries specialized in weapon manufacturing.
The company used revolutionary technologies to develops its weapons.
At the start of the Vietnam war in 1959 they manufactured most of the shells and grenades for the Americans.
This gave them loads of publicity and made their shares sky rock.
In 1980 William died and his son Dan got handed over the company, he used most of the money to research new technologies such as; chemical warfare, healthcare and defense logistics.
Then Dan died in 2008 due to cancer and then Thomas the current CEO of Der Foster Industries took over the company.

Der Foster Industries - The Board of Control

The board of control is the 'core' of Der Foster Industries.
Ranks in this division are only rewarded to the most loyal and trusted employees of Der Foster Industries.
Being in this division gives you a decisive vote in the company.

- Chief Executive Officer [CEO]: The Chief Executive Officer or CEO for short is the man behind the company he runs the company all officers must report to him. [Rank for one person]
- Chief Operating Officer [COO]: The Chief Operating Officer or COO for short is the second highest officer in command of the firm he will take care of all business when the CEO is not present at any given time. [Rank for one person]
- Chief Administrative Officer [CAO]: The Chief Administrative Officer or CAO for short is here to run a background check on every applicant. He is also here to appoint any business meetings. Reports to the CEO or COO. [Rank for one person]
- Chief Financial Officer [CFO]: The Chief Financial Officer or CFO for short is here to control all of the firm's expenses. He plays a critical role when it comes to taking any decisions. This man has vision of the entire budget of the company. Reports to the CEO or COO. [Rank for one person]
Der Foster Industries - Chemical Research

Our chemical research team is a team of very intelligent scientists who are working on the development of chemical energy and warfare.
Der Foster Industries' chemical division has been one of the leading scientist teams in chemical research.
Ranks:
- Lead Chemical Scientist: The Lead Chemical Scientist is the highest ranked scientist in the chemical research division. He must give out orders to all scientists under him and report to the CEO. He also supervises the other scientists when they're working on a project. [Rank for one person]
- Chemical Scientist: The Chemical Scientist is a top notch scientist who works at Der Foster Industries he is here to complete major projects and to instruct the ranks under him. He also has to instruct the Assistant Chemical Scientist.
- Assistant Chemical Scientist: The Assistant Chemical Scientist works at Der Foster Industries as an assistant for the Chemical Scientist and the Lead Chemical Scientist. He is here to complete minor projects that could not harm anyone if done wrong.
Der Foster Industries - Healthcare

Our Healthcare division is all about the health of you.
We at Der Foster Industries have a special medical team ready to operate at any time if it's first aid or just a normal surgery we are ready at any time.
Ranks:
- Lead Surgeon: The Lead Surgeon works at Der Foster Industries to perform all high-risk surgeries as heart transplants etc. He will be assisted by the Nurse and instructs the Nurse and the Surgeon. Reports to the CEO. [Rank for one person]
- Surgeon: The Surgeon works at Der Foster industries as a highly respected surgeon who assists the Lead Surgeon and performs immediate surgeries if a person is badly wounded.
- Nurse: The Nurse works at Der Foster Industries to help any patients who are struggling to recover from a bad injury for example; a car accident and the patient was temporary paralyzed.
- Paramedic: The Paramedic works at Der Foster Industries as a fast response unit. The paramedic reports to immediate calls like a car accident.
Der Foster Industries - Defense Logistics

Our Defense Logistics division protects the people and our agents.
We develop top notch defense systems for ourselfs and in charge of a client.
We have a team of highly specialized engineers who can complete a project for you in a matter of weeks.

Ranks:
- Lead Defense Engineer: The Lead Defense Engineer works at Der Foster Industries as the head of the Defense Logistics division he has to supervise all projects that our engineers are working on. Reports to the CEO. [Rank for one person]
- Defense Engineer: The Defense Engineer works at Der Foster Industries as a top notch engineer he will work on most of the projects and will get a share of the profit we make of the project that he is working on.
- Apprentice Defense Engineer: The Apprentice Defense Engineer is still in the learning progress of becoming a better engineer he will work on smaller projects and will eventually rank up. He also has to assist the Defense Engineer if he requires help.
Der Foster Industries - Weapon Manufacturing
Our Weapon Manufacturing division is dedicated to selling and manufacturing firearms and ammunition.
Der Foster Industries is a supplier of firearms to citizens, the army, private military companies, security companies etc. if you want to order firearms and/or ammunition please fill in this format down below.

- Supervising Weapon Salesman: The Supervising Weapon Salesman has to control all weapon sales that are being made. He also must report every profit to the Chief Financial Officer. [Rank for one person]
- Weapon Salesman: The Weapon Salesman is the second highest rank in weapon manufacturing. His job is to get as many costumers as possible and also sell most of our products.
- Weapon Manufacturer: The Weapon Manufacturer most manufacture all weapon and ammo and give them to the Weapon Salesman if he requires them. He must most always have some supplies on.
Der Foster Industries - Security

Our Security division is here to protect our employees from trespassers, but you can also hire us.
We offer a top notch security to people, transport and buildings. For a price of course.
Our security officers are trained very well and are able to handle a stressful situation.
Ranks:
- Head of Security: The Head of Security is the highest rank of the security division has lead of all the members of the security may not lead over the other divisions. Can also decide if a member of the security can protect a store or a certain person. May use money to buy dupes for our security. May decide what weaponry the security will use. Has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. [Rank for one person]
- Colonel of Security: The Colonel of Security is the second highest rank of the security may take over the role of the Head of Security if he/she not present. has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. May not buy dupes or whatever will advise the head as much as possible. May decide what weaponry the security will use (When the Head of Security is not present) [Rank for two people]
- Lieutenant of Security: The Lieutenant of Security is the third highest rank of the security may take over the role of the Colonel of Security/Head of Security when he/she is not present. May decide what weaponry the security will use (When the Head of Security is not present). Will advise the Colonel of Security/Head of Security , has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. [Rank for three people]
- Security Officer: The Security Officer is the lowest rank of the security will be there to secure our office, shops, persons etc. Always has to listen to a higher rank then him even when the rank is in another division. May only shoot on given signal or if his or a bystander's life is in danger.

Security Clearance Levels
Security clearance levels are rewarded by your loyalty and trustworthy to the company. Having a high security clearance level means that you can access classified files.
Security Clearance Level: E
This clearance is rewarded to everyone that joins the company.
This information is practically public, this information includes locations of headquarters, people on our blacklist and our budget
Security Clearance Level: D
This clearance is rewarded to a more trusted employee.
If information in the clearance sections gets leaked it isn't to big of a problem but will still hurt our company.
For security measures files in the clearance section are being transferred by mail.
Security Clearance Level: C
This clearance is rewarded to a long time employee with a respected rank.
If information in the clearance sections gets leaked it will cause critical damage to the company if became public.
For security measures files in the clearance section are being transferred by mail.
Security Clearance Level: B
This clearance level is rewarded to the most respected employees of Der Foster Industries, for example the Board of Control or the leader of a division.
If information in this clearance section gets leaked it will cause critical damage to the company if became public.

Security Clearance Level: A
This clearance is only rewarded to CEO and COO.
If information in this clearance section gets leaked it will cause critical damage to the company if became public.

Rules
Here follows a list of what is allowed in the company and what is not please follow these rules to avoid punishment.
- Leaking classified documents is not allowed, obviously.
- Employees who are not part of the security division are not allowed to have firearms on then when working yet, a combat knife is allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in your break and you can only smoke outside.
- If employees are found faking illnesses and/or not showing up to work without a valid reason will result in punishment.
- Employees don't consume alcohol and/or drugs while working.
