Summary: Well Licinus was SRU and was patrolling but at the same time he was dealing with a guy who was doing nothing wrong also he rdmed a guy while he was in his lambo just driving near the scene and his M4A1 shot into the lambo killing the guy/

I was dealing with two guys who were fighting, I lost them but saw a guy wreck his car in to a wall and was talking to him, Had nothing to do with lambo guy other then to tell him to move on and No rdm

Well no in this you Intstantly shot him as he stops, and yes he was president but you were dealing with 1 guy not 2 and then you turned shot the blue lambo and they carried on.

I was going to CompanyOfRandom when I saw two guys fighting, lost track of them and found a car rammed in to a wall as you can see there was a blue lambo behind me but I didn't kill him, I tried dealing with the guy in the wall and he was random warranted so I removed that for him and let him be on his way.

Also the guy who did nothing wrong other then smash into the wall I was helping him and removing his warrant since he told me someone raided him prior to me arriving on the scene again I was not patroling
