I can't use map props ?

For some reason I can't use map props even some people can. I was playing on v2p and then I went to Nexus lobby there was map props owned by DkMk LothKitty ( hope I spell it right ) and after that I tried to spawn the same prop that he spawned, but I can't spawn map props. maybe 2-3 props I can still spawn. so I want to know why I can't use the best and most useful props.

Here is some tips for you mate, hope they will work!
Download the v2p content pack.
Buy HL2, HL2 EP1 & HL2 EP2. And then simply enable them. You have to load up a map/mission in every game to make it work.
