Also during events people tend to show "how good they can rp" in hope to get RP point, which turns event into something dumb and ridiculous

Have you ever seen an RP event where that doesn't happen?

But I also feel mods/admins should make some large scale events aswell. That way there are more events player made and staff made. It would be great to see ^^

Administrators and moderators have in the past done some "Global RPs" which are basically map-wide role-plays such as zombie apocalypses, cold fronts etc.
