"Your" and "You're"

Your means "your", as in "It's your hat". Usually when things belong to people.

You're means "You are". As in "You're the one who keeps getting his words mixed up".

Just think "If I can replace the "your/you're" I wrote with "You are", then it's "You're". If not, it's probably "your".

This may seem petty but it bugs me Tounge And it's not like it's a small difference, they're completely different things ... lol :3
