Summary: I was the commander while Rupert was the president. I witness him running over a man, so I stop him. I tell him to get out of his car at gun point (Which he did not [FearRP]). I continue to yell at him, but I do not open fire. He still does no comply. Other cops run up asking why I have him at gun point, I tell them he killed a man and they do not believe me. He then attempts to CDM me (but fails) I then follow him and he runs over another cop. (This did not captured on the video [Derpy Source Recorder decided I was looking down] but you can hear the ragdoll hit against the car and you can see the officer complain in OOC about getting CDM'd
