Why we should unban you: Hey guys, I don't understand why i got banned for random car theft, it was all part of my RP plan as i didnt have a car! I was a corleone member so i was obviously expected to do some illegal acts! Also, what are lockpicks doing on the server i we cant use them as part of a plan without getting banned!!!!
Anyway, the car i stole was parked right in the middle of the road blocking other vehicles from passing, so i'd say i was doing the other players a favour

You not having a car is simply not a reason to steal a car. Is classifies as Random car theft. Also, i do not see any "RP plan" of stealing a car because you don't have one yourself. You simply should have asked your fellow corleones to come pick you up, not steal a car for no other reason. There is no exceptions there. We do have rules on when, where and why you can still a car, so i suggest you read them.
