Summary: So when I was riding in town, muffin was first following me in his car trying to crash into me. I got out and shot at him and he finally ran away and when I finished dealing with the Drug NPC, he came back and PROP PUSHED my car. Both of them were working together and minging against both themselves and other players such as me. They've prop pushed and killed me numerous time as shown in logs and they've also killed me a couple times too. They did this to my friend as well.
They kept pushing my car up out of the map so I had to prop push it to get it back because I had no other means of retrieving it.
