Summary:
I'm going out on a limb on this request due to not having the voice dialogue captured but the amount of witnesses who saw this will hopefully see this and support what they saw.
I had just logged on the server and walked over to the BP and saw a crowd of cops handcuffing 2 civilians they claimed had CDMed (SoulRipper was on for all of this but I believe he was afk since they're so many @ requests being submitted by people). Other users had crowded around calling the officers liars since they had witnessed the event (one person that I remember was Naticha). SammiJammi who was SRU had come over by this time and asked them what was going on and moving them off the road. He then tells the officers (Ken and ADP) that he will handle it from here to which they begin to yell at him saying 'SRU are only allowed to be in the Nexus guarding the President'. I then chime in saying that the SRU are not the President's personal body guards and that he outranks them. They then get upset and begin yelling saying 'We're not gonna have some black civie try to tell us the rules'.
Both of them having 100+ hours they should have read this post http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=37778 which explains that clearly and when I read that to them Ken then draws his weapon at me with ADP cheering him on. He says, "Want me to tell you the rules?" to which I reply "What are you going to do? RDM me?". Next thing I know he's laughing while saying "Here are the f*ing rules" and shooting me with his pistol. At this point there are around 10+ witnesses all trying to call SoulRipper (who is still afk and disconnects shortly after) and asking over voice as to why he RDMed me and that they too were calling admins. He then proceeds to say "Now I'm gonna t-bag him" as he does so with ADP joining as well and telling him that they need to leave before an admin shows up.
I then spawn and run back to the scene, still trying to get Soul to help. As other officers and civilians demand them to be demoted Ken decides it'll be fun to handcuff me right before being demoted and joining the rebels with ADP. A civilian who had watched the entire event released me and stuck around awaiting help. Other users began asking why rebels were RDMing (Ken's name was brought up and ADP was up to 3 kills by this point).
Through all the events there were nearly 20+ witnesses who watched this happen. I cannot believe how these 2 individuals acted through all of this, they should have known better having 100+ hours a piece. Had I been recording all of this would have been seen on video so all the admins have to work with now are witnesses and logs and I hope it's enough to get these 2 the bans they deserve, Fearless would be much better without them.
