Easier said than done, a lot of recording software kills your FPS.

> Upload video to Youtube eating your connection for any other online activities.
> Wait 1-2 hours for a 7min clip to upload to Youtube.
> Wait a bit longer.
> Get details of minge.
> Upload ban request.
> Get called no life by said minge/minge colleagues.
> Minge banned after 1-2 weeks.

Meanwhile on the server people see that no admin is coming online and then start showing their true colours, next thing you know you have multiple people prop spamming and even more ban requests to post and the process repeats itself.

And then there's the backseat administration rule that means that you just have to sit there, take it and get propkilled to damnation. I honestly think it's daft that the playerbase have to rely so heavily on admins, if players could arrest minges that prop kill for 15 mins with no consequences I highly doubt they would wait out the entire 15 mins and would instead get their thrills on terrorizing other servers.
Of course that should only be done if there's no admin online.
But instead you have people who get banned in their own ban request because they shot at the guy flinging cubes of multiple sizes 200mph their way, why punish the people who want to help the server who spend their time to post a ban request?

I did get banned 2 times when i had around 50 hours, then it stopped and i have learned alot. So, what DaCrowh said, calm down, try to explain them what they did wrong and they might understand and say sorry to you aswell. That's how it's working.

I got banned for my first time with 250 hours, FearRP.

OT:

Yes, I hate when I join the servers with a minge or to on it, but what I do is get my fraps out, and post a ban request. Try to do that.

There was a 'report of contraband' at my house. Got a search warrant, officers come in with a ram and fists. I pull out my knife and the officer says that there isn't any need to be hostile and keeps running (FearRP). Other officer pulls out his pistol and kills me. All mic chat, too bad I didn't record that.

Then I have three officers chasing after me and I crashed with another officer. The kid gets out and starts signing trololol while teabagging me.

I stopped when I realised that only a small minority of the admins cared about V33x and nothing was being done despite the number of ban requests that were posted. Wouldn't you?

I am, of course speaking about when I was posting ban requests, as opposed to now.

That is also not my argument and neither is it "invalid" my argument is that the process of posting ban requests is generally not pleasant when it can otherwise be avoided through simple means.
