Name of player: (SWE) IM A FUCKING PRO

SteamID: STEAM_0:0:55260803

Time in GMT: 10:40am

Server: v2d

Summary: I was driving along when I saw a cop car on fire. I waled over and saw a injured cop. There were no paramedics on the server so I just stood there for a bit. He then died so I carried on standing there. I then saw an arguement between a cop and a man. But, the IM A F***ING PRO came back and said "you, I was getting you" (something like that.) Then tried to arrest the man. I said "NLR". He said "Nope." I said and repeated saying "You recently died, you cant do that." and he said "No, shut up" and started trying to punch me.

From what I can see from your screenshots, I can only see what you said to him, not his answers. Do you have any proof of NLR breakage or anything like that?

Your screenshots doesn't show any context, and I can't know if he's punching you because of something else.

Well you can see him injured on the floor and then you see him walk back and start to arrest. All of his responses were made by voice communication anyway so I have no proof of that. But I can assure he told me to 'shut up'. You could also check the logs.

EDIT: In the first link you can also see him meta which he did about twice whilst on the server.

Banrequest denied.

I don't really see the metagaming as serious, atleast not bannable. Even you metagamed when saying "he broke NLR" in chat and not LOOC.
I can even go as far to say you failRPed. You said "biggest fail ever" in-character while looking at a dying officer who got into a car-accident. The last thing someone IRL would do is to crouch down by the dying cop and tell him how much of a "epic fail" he commited. You see what I'm getting at here?

A simple warning would suffice for the metagaming in OOC, as he might not know about it being against the rules.

As for the evidence, the accused player will be given the benefit of the doubt because of lacking evidence.
