Governmental Laws
*As a leading role of the government, thou shallt nevereth excommunicate a group on a base of an ethnic orgins or religic differences.

*As a leading role of the government, thou shallt nevereth give an immunity to a group or a single person of the law by any means.
General Laws
*This alliance preserves the Right of Resistance, as this means that the inhabitants of a country can revolve when the leading role of the government doesn't comply to the expectations and the sententiae of the majority of the common folk.
*A group of people can't claim a particular event, job, hobby, activity or occupation wich can lead to making money in any way, as this is discrimination of the other people and discrimination in any form, as in rascism or religic excommunication, is illegal not only by us, but by the constitution as well.
*Always try to solve situations non-violently. Use shooting as a last resort. Diplomacy has to regulate all circumstances, unless it's allowed by us, Iustitia Humanorum.
/*As the oppostion tries to use violence or force by any means, except verbal offence or force, thou automaticaly have the right to use violence or force.
*We as Iustitia Humanorum preserve the right to kick you out of this alliance when any un-authorised violence is spotted.
/*A kick out of the alliance means that your clan/group dissolves to nothing, and that only three former members of your former clan/group can cooperate in another group while all three being member in any form of that group as you joined our forces by agreeing to these rules.
*Any clan, group, or any other instance which joins this group of people joins while agreeing to every rule listed in this message.
*Any formation of people bound together in our opinion are to agree to these rules, as they try to represent the Justice of every Human being. We will try to make sure they follow these rules in a non-offencive way and with diplomacy. These rules are specificaly made for the place that [is]/[was once] called EvoCity, as the constitution depicted the name of this country, trying to leave out the evidence of the country is impossible.

***You can ask us to RP sole or without the alliance, so you can still be El Presidente or your favourite communist, but then we will try to end it in a diplomatic way, unless we all decide to have fun with the communist rp ;p
Historia Manus
"Group History"
The history starts at a long time ago, when Mark Anderson and Francis Mayhem met at an etablishment in Lincoln, Nebraska. Their alliance started there, as turned out they both were mercenaries looking for justice and freedom for everybody who deserved it. Five long years past without any sign or any call from eachother and they got reunited by the Vietnam war. A cruel history took place there, as their team was hit by a friendly artillery strike by mistake. Lives have been lost and sacrifices were made for something as dishonourable called 'war' these days, it was their duty to make a change to all this misery. They teamed up once again and they forged their experience and their knowledge to create 'Iustitia Humanorum', a group of people who think that justice and freedom belongs to everybody, as long as they live for the others and are humanly to their acquintances.

"Goals of the Group"
Our alliance wants a better world for the citizens, because in essence every person, even the president and his governmental followers, are citizens for life! We want justice for them all, without pointing a gun to somebody. We want freedom for every citizens, and we will achieve discipline, satisfaction, freedom, humanity and justice in a diplomatic and a correct way. (Guns and gunpoints are only allowed by the command of the Iudices Principissimi. We won't abuse our weapons to achieve our goals as we declared previously. We will try to keep our violence to an absolute minimum.)
P.S.: We will ask people to join our alliance. New (and old) clans will be asked automaticly if they have proven theirselves to be honest and peaceful. However, you can apply by simply writing your autobiography here and by letting us know your name. We will judge if you are able to join by factors only know to the Iudices Principissimi.
