How do I disable the blur on the corners of my screen? It's mutilating my framerate.

When I went on the Evo2 server, I said it was really bright. Soul said to turn my Bloom off in Post Processing. Maybe it makes it all blurry, I don't know much when it comes to this. xD

Just found out it was the Toy Town setting. I don't even remember switching it on.
