Summary: Well i ran about doing my own stuff, then i came across these props that were in my way. I mean he was not Rp'ng and they had no reason to be there. So ye heavy Failure right there.

I have evidence of him doing this yesterday. I did tell him (as he had 0 hours) that this was a rule break and he stopped... Obviously not permanently. I can post that if needed

I joined, to then see appear this in front of my eye's. didnt look at his houra tbh, he is still breaking rules tbh.
