Why we should unban you:
Got banned for 7 days... Sad. Came back later, "Never." I was afraid too see these words on my reports some day. It's been quite the run.
It all started when I was on that Garry's Mod, everyday for hours streak. Me and my friend Gvigs16, also known as Gianni, played a famous game mode called DarkRP. We have been admins and super admins on some of the largest and most popular servers of DarkRP game mode category. We had our fun times, fooled around, spawned ourselves weapons, broke the rules when no one was looking, and so what. We always seemed to get ourselves out of trouble when being questioned. We were roaming for more DarkRP servers, (We were skid's at GMOD) and we saw a game mode called CityRP. We both tried joining. The loading picture is what made us wait for the download to end. Sadly, it did not. We were not able to join. We tried again, nothing. We continued to play on DarkRP. We continued to play on other DarkRP servers. Nothing was as organized and required actual role-play like FearlessRP. One time, Gianni was over my house during the beginning of the summer when I started bringing my desktop to my dads because I would stay there to work with him for a longer amount of time since school was over. We were about to go walk down to the deli but first, we tried to get into CityRP again. We noticed we needed to download the custom content. I went on the forums and downloaded all I need for the V33X map. Once done downloading, I joined. After waiting several minutes for joining, I finally got in. The rules popped up but I exited them (the skid I was) and continued. I spawned on the sidewalk of the main city street. I quickly walked forward onto the road. I got hit by a speeding car. That short 30 seconds was what made me stay. I told myself, "holy shit that was fucking awesome. I'm playing on this later." We then walked to the deli while we talked about how I have to set it up on his computer so he can join when we get back. Once we did get back, he went to his house and I stayed at mine. We Skype'd and I helped him install all the custom downloads. We joined the game and started to play.
I'm not sure how the first time we were playing went. I do remember us just a couple of minges rolling around, not knowing what to do. I did not get banned until I was at a good 10 hours. The reason was for being with Gianni when he was a rebel. I was also banned for RDM because I killed one of the guys that were in a car after they saw us. Me and Gianni most of the time just fucked around. Once we found out what the chair with the edited physical properties was, we one time got in a chair and just sat in it, hovering over the city and dancing with the chair invisible. I got banned for that too. (16 Hours I think.)
My third ban was breaking FearRP. When we were raiding this base in tides, (v33x) we had SRU force come in with guns. One of them was George The Boy. They had us gunpointed. I still have not completely learned what FailRP was. He had us gunpointed and I did a ninja move pulling out my AK and jumping into the next room. My ninja move failed and I was shot. George banned me for breaking FailRP.
I was banned the next time for raiding a person when they pulled guns on me. I came back after I was escorted out. (They were very aggressive.) I got banned for "Constantly trying to find a reason to raid." Another time I got banned was around 50 hours. I got banned for jumping on my own car to get a better view over a wall of V33X. It was a world wall, not a player wall. I joined V2D after that.
V2D was a way better map in my opinion. This was when I started to actually read the rules thoroughly and follow them. I was not banned for a long time. This was until there was a president who had his SRU shoot at me, KOS, with no valid reason. I ran and came back and killed the SRU after. The president broke FailRP a few times so I killed him. I was then told in OOC by the former president that I broke RDM... I said no I did not. I was banned for Lying about killing the president. I meant to say it was not RDM but I did kill him.
My next few bans showed me what was wrong and showed my mistakes to not make again. After that, I reached 120 Hours. I was a new person. I started to be very active on the forums. Not posting but reading almost everything posted. I remember at night going on my iPad reading every single thing people posted. I began to read the rules often to keep them fresh in my mind. I started to buy new things in-game and purchase a shit ton of money packs. Me and Gianni were big fans of Fearless. We would talk about it all the time when we saw each other, share our RP stories, and look at the forums texting each other what to look at. We learned tons of new things in the server and started to make cool RP's with each other and making new awesome friends.
Recently, I changed my name to Spout. This is my In-Game name for almost every other game I play. Me and Gianni had a lot of fun from start to finish. This has easily been the best game I've ever played. Even though I read the rules and knew how to RP, mistakes were still made. I started by revenge killing a guy who RDMed me. I knew I could have posted a BR on him, but still, he got my AWP and gallil. He came up to me out of no where and ran over me. He repeatedly did it until the "Injured" turned to the NLR rule post. After he took my stuff and drove off, I went to speak to him. I walked over to him. He then got out of his car and pulled a gun on me. He then killed me again. Now that I knew he had a gun, I wanted it. I then went back and killed him. I got the gun which was a M4A1, still didn't make up for the loss, and then went back to playing.
Don't take my "Prop climbing into base" ban the wrong way. They had a wall surrounding their base but steps that I saw one of them use to get in. I then used it after them and saw some contraband in the house. I attempted to raid shortly after but failed loosing a AK47 and my Kevlar. I did not complain or anything and the guy just got himself an AK. I showed Enzyme what I did and he said it was using other players props to get in.
My next ban was for shooting at a guy, not trying to kill him, but shooting at him just a bit with a pistol, after RP'ing with him telling him that I will hunt him down. I got banned for Attempted RDM and FailRP.
Today, there were some rule breakers on the server. There were some guys prop killing and prop spamming. No admins were on so we tried to tranquilize the guys and then arrest them with the cops. That went out well for me and Unconscious (In Game Player). We then set up a small tower, (completely allowed with keypads and non harmful elevator to get up, with realistic ropes and stuff) to over watch the main parts of the city knowing the three prop killers and minges were still somewhere. As me and Unconscious were on watch, http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi...=184786584, Unconscious saw a guy apparently prop climb, later finding out he was a admin, go onto the roof next to us. He asked us what we were doing. I told him we were watching out making sure the people prop killing did not do more damage until an admin got on. Unconscious said "Don't prop climb!" and killed him. I'm not going to lie, that was a bit aggressive. I did not agree with what he did so I told him we should not kill people on sight like that because it's rule breaking. Right after, the guy flew back up showing us that he was an admin. He started asking us what we were doing. I told him how we were watching out until a admin got on but he just banned me without letting me finish. Sorry for trying to help.
I checked after and seeing that it was a 7 day ban. I was very angry with that and I was going to post a unban request. I checked back after a while and noticed it was permanent...
The sad thing is, last year I was doing really bad in school. This year I made a vow to try much harder. I separated my time into school, and Fearless which was what I loved playing on. I have been getting straight A's in all my classes currently. I have been playing on fearless every day after school. This game has really been helping me take my mind off the stress that school is causing and other effects in my life. That's one of the reasons I love playing games. It's a distraction that lets you temporarily escape reality, you know? Without Fearless I really don't know how things are going to go. I really liked this game and most of the community with it. I would also like to say that I completely agree with all the staff and there reasons to ban me. I do not take this as going against them and there choices. From what I've seen, Fearless has a wonderful selection of staff members who are very active and helpful to players. Sometimes I just think, "It's just a game, who cares?" and I will go fuck around. Clearly, it's not just a game. This has been a big part of the last 5 months for me.
Thanks for the experience fearless, my creativeness has expanded from Fearless and I hope it helps me with my Director and Game Developer career. I've made a lot of mistakes. I admit it. My bans have extended from when I was new to now. They were at completely different times and I've learned many things since then. Kindly, I would like to ask for a solution to this permanent ban. If not, I accept this as the end and if so,
