i THINK that someone else spawned the fire, but the president is clearly adding the petrol canisters there which catches fire and explodes and makes the fire spreading and getting bigger. he made a part in putting the fire there. he deserves a ban after my opinion

It was a prop, not an actual canister that you would find in the 'market' menu.
